POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the supervisor this person is responsible for the proper weighing mixing and/or cooking and cooling of product according to Kraft procedures. MonFri 21030pm plus weekends as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have previous batch/mixing experience from manufacturing environment food industry preferred.
Must have forklift experience.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in oneonone and small group situations to other employees of the organization. Must be able to read and interpret opcodes instructions forecasts and other workrelated documents write clearly and legibly and communicate information verbally to other employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
