Air Liquide Engineering & Construction builds the Groups production units (mainly air gas separation and hydrogen production units) and provides external customers with efficient sustainable customized technology and process solutions. Our core expertise in industrial gas energy conversion and gas purification enables customers to optimize natural resources. We cover the entire project lifecycle: license engineering services / proprietary equipment highend engineering & design capabilities project management & services. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Within the Engineering Europe Department and the Instrumentation Europe team you participate in the design and construction of our production units for the Group or our thirdparty customers. Integrated into our project teams you intervene from the proposal phase through basic and detail engineering phase until the delivery of the sized equipment and startup of the units.
With the Instrumentation expertise the team participates in the development of the groups new technologies in particular the production of Hydrogen and C02 capture and works to ensure the precision and reliability of our process measurements.
Your responsibilities :
Perform Instrumentation engineering tasks for projects in various industries e.g. petrochemical refinery gas processing ASU cryo electrolysis
Working with P&ID preparation of Instrument List
Prepare Engineering Data Sheets bidding selection and drawings review of filed Instruments Analysers Automatic (control or on/off) Valves
Prepare Wiring drawings (junction box arrangement loop drawings);
Provide input for Layout drawing (cable trays instruments);
Prepare and assign Hookups collection and issue of Material Takeoff
Coordination of Package Units interfaces to other disciplines client and vendors
Verification of project documentation with respect to its completeness and compliance with standards branch regulations and contract requirements
Participation in inspections for instruments valves
Development to Instrumentation Lead Engineer Design Authority Expert
Potential development to other positions e.g. Engineering Manager.
Are you a MATCH
Required Qualifications And Competencies :
Masters degree in Automation;
Experience in plant engineering company on similar position
Ability to work independently in of projects for instrumentation preparation of proposals
Proficiency in English Polish would be appreciated
Computer skills knowledge of applications such as MS Office ACAD Smart Plant Instrumentation Smart Plant 3D would be appreciated
Eager to work in a multicultural and multiproject teams willing to travel short term to other engineering centers or if needed to construction sites
High interpersonal skills
