Job Overview:We are seeking a combined Supervisor/Therapist to support our Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Programs. This role involves providing psychotherapy services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders while also supervising and guiding a team of therapists case managers and peer recovery specialists. Youll work as part of an integrated care team alongside mental health substance use and physical health professionals. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support addiction therapists case managers and peer recovery specialists.
- Oversee caseloads referrals and ensure service quality and compliance.
- Provide individual family and group therapy sessions.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and create treatment plans focused on individual strengths.
- Collaborate with community resources and other healthcare providers to offer comprehensive care.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Maintain case load and productivity benchmarks.
- Participate in meetings and complete required training.
Qualifications:- Education: Masters degree in social work Counseling or Psychology.
- Licensure: Full licensure in Social Work Counseling or Psychology.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in mental health/substance use services; supervisory experience preferred.
- Certification: CCS and CAADC CADC or similar addiction certification required.
- Skills: Strong communication problemsolving and leadership abilities. Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office.
