Who We Are Looking For:
Every day Cambias dedicated Executive Assistant IIs are living our mission to make health care easier and lives better. As a member of the Market Growth team our Executive Assistant II provides highlevel administrative support to senior leadership managing confidential tasks correspondence and meetings including Board minutes. Coordinates calendars expenses and budgets while independently managing special projects and presentations. Collaborates with team members and provides backup administrative support as needed all in service of creating a personfocused health care experience.

Qualifications:
The Executive Assistant II would have 7 plus years of increasingly responsible administrative assistant/secretarial experience to executive level management

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Strong business writing and grammar skills
Basic mathematical and budgeting abilities

What You Will Do at Cambia:
Provides executivelevel administrative support managing complex and confidential matters for senior leadership
Handles comprehensive office management including communications visitor screening mail processing filing systems and supply coordination
Manages all aspects of meeting administration including Board meetings from scheduling to minutetaking and distribution
Oversees financial duties including expense tracking report compilation and budget preparation
Coordinates executive calendars travel arrangements and scheduling while managing all related logistics
Independently composes and manages correspondence reports and presentations including research and data compilation
Collaborates on special projects and provides administrative backup support as needed
The expected hiring range for an Executive Assistant II is $74800 $85000 depending on skills experience education and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 10. The current full salary range for this role is $70000 $115000. #LIhybrid
