Job Description

POSTING DATE: April 1 2025 NOTICE OF OPENING: FreetownLakeville Regional School District POSITIONS:Payroll Specialist 1.0 QUALIFICATIONS:At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred;Experience in all aspects of payroll processing particularly in a school district municipality or other governmental entity is preferred.Possess a thorough knowledge of and familiarity with modern office technology electronic equipment and software applications and operations.Experience with Infinite Visions Tyler Technologies payroll module is preferred.Experience with Frontline AESOP Absence management is preferred.Demonstrates strong analytical skills.High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A high degree of organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team required.Attend professional development as directed.Ability to relate in a positive manner with members of the public parents staff and students.Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related fields is preferred.Support the overall district mission vision and policies and procedures Offer of position is subject to budget appropriation and successful background and criminal checks;Citizenship residency or work visa in the United States is requiredSALARY:To be negotiatedSTART DATE:July 1 2025CLOSING DATE:Until FilledVisit www.freelake for details to apply.
