Job Description
Job Title: Aide Child Care
Reports to: Director of Child Care Services
Dept./School: Child Care
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Supervise children while providing a safe environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED
Must be certified in CPR and First Aid
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to work well with children
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Calm and patient demeanor with students and others
Experience:
Some experience working with children (One year preferred)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Supervise children at all

- Recognize and respect the uniqueness and potential of all
- Interact frequently with children showing interest and
