Job Description

This 2year Functional Graduate Program is designed to attract high potential graduates and give them challenging opportunities that prepare them for future complex roles. The program encompasses four rotations across different HR functions in an accelerated learning environment. This includes international assignments leadership mentoring formal training and personal and professional development.
Your role:
In the course of an individual rotation plan you get to know the multiple aspects of HR (e.g. Talent Development & Recruiting Total Rewards HR Business Partner): After a first assignment at your German home base you will be going international for a second or third assignment to one of our subsidiaries.
Start of the Program: September 2021 (limited for 24 months)
Who you are:
Masters degree in business administration/psychology/human resources or similar
Outstanding academic performance (top scores)
International experience
First practical experience via internships preferably within HR or related fields
High motivation and passion to discover solutions to all kinds of exciting challenges
Fluency in English (German or other language skills are a plus)
