Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Direct and manage all aspects of the clinical engineering program.
Lead mentor and manage a team of supervisors and technical staff.
Ensure the maintenance repair and calibration of diverse medical equipment.
Initiate and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and compliance.
Partner with hospital leadership and clinical teams to align technology support with patient care priorities.
Ensure compliance with CIHQ DNV Joint Commission (JCAHO) and internal safety standards.
Oversee departmental budgets vendor contracts and procurement processes.
Champion team development and drive continuous improvement in HTM practices.

Requirements
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing biomedical services within a large healthcare system.
Proven leadership collaborating with executive and Csuite stakeholders.
Deep understanding of compliance standards: CIHQ DNV and JCAHO.
Strong skills in clinical engineering medical equipment and healthcare technology management (HTM).
Solutionoriented mindset with excellent critical thinking and conflict resolution abilities.
Financial acumen including experience with budgets contracts and strategic decisionmaking.
Demonstrated success in developing highperforming teams.
