In 2023 the company launched Phone 2 to wide acclaim from its community the media and design enthusiasts and in 2024 Nothing launched its CMF Phone 1 and Nothing Phone 2a) Series with both receiving an overwhelmingly positive reception.

To date Nothing has sold more than 7 million units worldwide across its product lines having released five audio products five smartphones and two smart wearables under the Nothing and CMF by Nothing brands. The company has amassed a cumulative revenue of $1 billion.

All products are developed in close collaboration with the Nothing Community which includes over 8000 private investors and are crafted with sustainability at the forefront.

I am looking for a Chief of Staff. Someone who...
  • Has a STEM background (Engineering Computer Science Mathematics or similar)..
  • Has around five years of experience in a growthfocused rolewhether in product marketing or business development.
  • Is a US citizen or green card holder and is willing to relocate to the US after 18 months in London.
  • Lives and breathes growthconstantly testing new strategies to scale sales engage users and optimise conversion.
  • Is obsessed with selling products in creative ways and has a strong interest in online marketing.
  • Thrives in highintensity environments working directly with the CEO and leadership team to the US market.
  • Has Grade A skillsable to take an idea from concept to results without excuses.
What you will be doing
  • Grow Nothings directtoconsumer business in the US focusing on our official online store.
  • Experiment relentlesslytest new marketing channels optimise the funnel and find creative ways to increase conversion.
  • Use data to drive decisionsanalyse customer behaviour revenue trends and sales performance to identify opportunities.
  • Be fullstack growthowned earned performance and DTC marketing using a mix of organic and paid tactics.
  • Collaborate across teamswork with product marketing and operations to ensure seamless of growth strategies.
  • Execute fast and iteratesmall tests fast learnings big wins.
