Finance & Accounting Finance & AccountingThe Corporate Development Group at Prudential Financial Inc. is responsible for acquisition and divestiture activities across Prudentials various businesses both in the United States and internationally. Since the groups inception in the late 1990s the group has closed more than 120 transactions with aggregate value in excess of $35 billion. The group is also responsible for sourcing acquisitions as well as developing select strategic analyses to support Prudentials executive team.
The Corporate Development Associate role is an M&A transaction executionfocused position that provides significant exposure to the full spectrum of Prudentials global businesses as well as frequent interaction with Prudentials senior leadership team. The environment is fastpaced and exciting and the role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a team that leads some of the highest priority and most impactful transactions that help shape the future of Prudential.
The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your onsite presence 3 days per week. You manager will provide additional details relative to days you are expected to be onsite.
