Talent Plus Online Assessment Information & Alternative Selection Process Request
As part of its interview process Pendry Manhattan West uses Talent Online Assessments a hiring tool administered by Talent Plus a thirdparty management consultant company. These Assessments consist of a series of questions related to your talents and abilities which are then analyzed by human resource professionals in conjunction with the other aspects of Pendry Manhattan Wests application and interview process. This information is one of several factors used by Pendry Manhattan West to determine an applicants strengths and ultimately their compatibility with a position at the Hotel. The results of Talent Online Assessments are by no means the sole or dispositive factor considered by Pendry Manhattan West when making employment decisions. Rather Talent Online Assessments are one aspect of the larger application process. New York City Resident applicants who do not wish to participate in a Talent Online Assessment may request an alternative selection process by emailing .

Your Leadership
- Collaborate partner and support the Director of Front office with managing the daytoday operations of the Front Office Department
- Support and assist the Director of Housekeeping as required with back of house operations of the Housekeeping Department
- Review and analyze guest engagements cores and trends via Medallia and TripAdvisor
- Run daily lineup meetings and monthly department meetings for Front of House department to foster an engaging and collaborative culture with all Front Office associates
- Review daily arrivals departures groups VIPs and inhouse guest preferences ensuring associates are aware of pertinent information
- Take action on all daytoday opportunities and provide sameday resolutions
- Stay informed of the latest offerings within the community to guarantee an exceptional guest experience
- Develop associates to ensure all standards are met on a consistent basis
- Deliver on guests expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties based on business needs

Must Haves
- Prior hotel leadership experience; luxury hotel experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including guest recovery skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends based on business demands

Physical Requirements
