We are placing transitioning military personnel & experienced industrial professionals with electromechanical troubleshooting skills. Your mechanical expertise attention to detail and commitment to safety will be key in maintaining & repairing industrial systems.
We will consider all technical trades MOSs for these opportunities. We are seeking experience in but not limited to the following career fields:

USMCAviation Electrician/Mechanic Ground Support Equipment Technician Ground Electronics Transmission Systems Maintainer
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance inspections and repairs on industrial systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an electromechanical troubleshooter.
- Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical systems including pumps compressors and refrigeration units.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
