Job Description
FULL TIME (MONDAYFRIDAY)

Join the Diamond Team and you will be measured on your ability to service appliances not by your selling ability! We focus on taking care of the customer and getting their appliance fixed. We dont sell service contracts and we dont push accessories on a customer!

Job Duties:
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances including but not limited to washers dryers refrigerators ranges freezers
- Utilize laptop and phone to document and research information
- Provide exceptional and timely customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Valid drivers license
- 2 years experience as an inhome service provider
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Must be able to lift 50100 pounds
- Van computer cell phone gas card and uniforms are provided.

As an appliance repair technician youll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words youll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances portable appliances mechanical work as well as electrical work.
Youll deal with more than just appliances though as a repair technician youll have to deal with people too.
Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude have impeccable written and verbal communication skills work adeptly with repair tools be okay with lifting heavy machinery and of course be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
