Your role:
Deal directly with customerinquiries receivedvia all medias ( web email); respond to customer inquiriesaccording to SL agreement; proactively look forsolutions tocustomerissues; obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries. Follow up on customer interactions;Manage customer accounts including reporting; file records of customer interactions and transactions; record details of inquiries comments and complaints within quality management system andmanage administration; communicate and coordinate with internal departments; demonstrate the Companyvalues in your daily routine.
