Job Description

The Video Intelligence Product Development team is seeking an experienced and adept engineering leader or principal architect to spearhead the automation of security operation in traditional security operation centers (SOC) with a focus on creating Agentic AI solutions to automate reaction plans for incoming events and incidents. The selected candidate will possess strong collaborative and interpersonal skills enabling them to effectively balance stakeholder interests and deliver upon commitments. The candidate will contribute to a culture of respect and maintain high standards of productivity and accountability. Based in North America the successful candidate will not only drive and create AI solutions into the product but also on leveraging his/her AI expertise to assist others in developing more automation features into our products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced intelligent automation solutions to optimize operations and enhance efficiency.

• Design and build automation systems using cloud services AI and advanced algorithms to address complex challenges.

• Collaborate with the development team members to deliver an integrated solution to end customers.

• Mentor other engineers on AI automation areas fostering a collaborative culture while providing technical guidance and support.

• Interact regularly with support development and product management teams to resolve complex problems.

• Adhere to established processes and provide metrics to ensure high product quality.

Requirements:

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field such as computer science or engineering.

• Minimum 57 years of AI and automation development experience

• Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with crossfunctional teams from various locations.

• Experience working with cloudbased software solutions.

• Experience with CI/CD methodologies and test automation to enable continuous integration.

• A collaborative team member with creative and innovative approaches to problemsolving.

• Ability to perform under pressure and function effectively in a fastpaced environment providing strong technical leadership.

• Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently.

• Experience working with team members across multiple geographical regions.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelors Degree with 10 years of professional experience

• AND 5 years of AI experience
