Job Details:

POSITION SUMMARY

The Product Coordinator Intern will assist the Product Administrator in the constructing and implementation of the proposal template in the Stiles AML system. This position is highly detailed and requires repetitive processes. Good communication skills and experience collaborating with others is essential for success.

The Product Coordinator Intern will also provide training as needed to the Product Administrator to continue the maintenance of this system.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Construct proofread and implementation of proposals in the Stiles AML system to support sales
  • Coordinate with Product Administrator on priorities structure and elements of the proposal
  • Train Product Administrator to continue the maintenance of the Stiles AML system.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate degree or related work experience preferred

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently exercising judgment and initiative

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Typical office Environment
