Location: Seattle WA
Salary: $110000 $140000 (DOE)
Status: FullTime Monday Friday Occasional overtime as needed
Travel: Required to job sites and branch offices
Overview:
Great Basin Staffing LLC is seeking a Commercial Project Engineer to support the planning coordination and of plumbing and MEP projects in the Seattle market. Working closely with Project Managers this role plays a key part in managing documentation assisting with scheduling and procurement and resolving field challenges. The ideal candidate is detailoriented eager to grow and capable of balancing both technical and administrative responsibilities in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate between engineering construction purchasing and field teams

Support project planning labor tracking material delivery scheduling and budget monitoring

Manage daily documentation including RFIs submittals POs procurement logs and reports

Attend job kickoff progress and OAC meetings

Provide direction to subcontractors and vendors to meet project expectations

Assist in resolving installation and operational issues in the field

Maintain effective communication with clients trade partners and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field (Mechanical preferred)

3 5 years of industry experience or combination of education and field work

Excellent communication organization and problemsolving skills

Ability to read mechanical plans and coordinate technical details across teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Procore Bluebeam or similar tools is a plus)

Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
