The Role
To oversee the endtoend operations for the partnerships MS B2B sites MS wholesale Sponsors and Partnerships club accounts from product availability to final delivery supporting the business & partner demand sales and driving best in class service.
Responsibilities
Alignment of stock across all internal systems and platforms (WMS ERP Ecom platform)
Maximise sales opportunity by always having available stock visible
Support with customer service requirements
Share biweekly reporting deck on site and customer performance
Lead the warehouse activities driving OTIF.
Liaise with customers and account managers giving clear visibility and tracking of orders
Review and action the daily order reconciliation issues
Work closely with internal teams on promotions ensuring maximum stock is available
Review best selling lines vs future intake and areas of concern
Provide short and longterm forecasts based on past performance growth and sales
Ensure orders flow from sales to the DC WMS
SLA management of B2B orders
Liaising with our account managers and partners on potential delays or issues
Skills & Qualities
Skills and Experience:
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
Written and verbal communication
Experience in reporting at a high level
Website/B2B and systematic fulfilment experience
Managing multiple systems at one time
Numerical
Intermediate Excel
Analysing large spreadsheets of data into simplified formats and topline information
