10 years ago Thom & James drove a Piaggio ape Tuk Tuk all the way from Sicily to London on a Pizza Pilgrimage to learn the secrets of perfect Italian pizza. They went on to set up a market stall in Soho with an oven in the back of the van before opening their first actual pizzeria on Dean Street. Nowadays we have over 20 awardwinning pizzerias across the UK weve got our own Pizza Academy where we run training workshops every day and were also a BCORP something were extremely proud about achieving. We pride ourselves on using the best ingredients from Naples including Caputo flour fresh fior di latte salsiccia e friarielle to make the best Neapolitan pizza every day.

As an Assistant General Manager of Pizza Pilgrims your role is to support the General Manager and Head Chef to manage a great Pizzeria directing and coaching your team to deliver results.
You will maintain great standards while always supporting and training your team to ensure that our Pizzas drinks and service is always topnotch! You will have the experience needed to hit the ground running naturally developing your teams controlling the costs creating the one team one dream we are so proud of within each of our Pizzerias.
Your standards will always be high whether its the service on the floor to H&S to the food your team serves we are always only going to be as good as that last pizza! Most importantly you will do all of the above by being yourself!
