Job Description

Were hiring a Process Engineer to support continuous improvement and efficiency across our clients dynamic manufacturing and assembly plant.
What Youll Do:
Improve production processes for better efficiency quality and costeffectiveness
Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects
Support new product launches and process validation
Troubleshoot issues analyse data and drive root cause solutions
Collaborate with production quality and maintenance teams
Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental standards
What Were Looking For:
Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing or Process Engineering
3 years experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting
Strong knowledge of lean tools Six Sigma and process improvement
Confident problemsolver with great communication skills
ERP and data analysis experience
Bonus Points For:
Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
Experience with automation or working in regulated industries (e.g. automotive electronics medical devices)
