Job Description
The Technical Account Manager role focuses on optimizing revenue through technical expertise and strong client relationships. Youll provide technical support for gaming products configure backoffice setups and manage game releases. Requires iGaming experience and a basic understanding of technical integrations.
Location: Onsite Birkirkara
Responsibilities:
Configure new Casinos in the Back Office.Roll out new game releases.Manage and maintain Back Office settings for our partners and games.Perform game testing.Assist customers with technical issues primarily related to integration (API) and casino setups.Collaborate with Product Teams (PO Dev QA).Work closely with the Integrations team to facilitate smooth client onboardings.Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Managers to understand commercial values and impacts.Requirements:
- Effective communication with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Quick thinking strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- Previous working experience within iGaming.
- Basic understanding of APIs.
- Familiarity with Google Chrome Dev Mode/Tools.
- Familiarity with Excel.
