We make complex topics such as managing property finances and the daily maintenance of buildings easy and we automate timeconsuming everyday tasks so people can spend more time on things that they really enjoy.

About the role
We are looking for a talented individual to join our Group Finance team working closely with local finance and management teams across the organization. In this role you will collaborate with Odevos operating companiesto monitor financial and operational performance contributing to both ongoing success and identifying opportunities for growth and enhancement. At the same time you will be part of a growing Group Finance team in building the future Group function and reporting processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leadthe Group management reporting process in collaboration with the Group Finance team continuously enhancing reporting models presentations processes and structure while ensuring efficient reporting from local Finance teams.
  • Designand implement a global reporting infrastructure for a hypergrowth company supported by advisors/consultants. This includes transitioning from Excel to more automated reporting tools.
  • Prepareand present business review materials for the Group Management team and contribute to sections of Board presentations.
  • Analyse business performance across markets and operating companies to further improve business performance and to identify improvement areas
  • SupportM&A projects with financial modelling and assist in integrating acquired companies into the Groups reporting structure along with other postacquisition activities within Finance.
  • Driveadhoc finance projects working closely with advisor teams when relevant.
  • Collaboratewith the Group CFO CEO and local CFOs/Finance teams to ensure alignment and support across finance operations.
  • Developand scale the Group business control team playing a central role in building the Groups finance capabilities.

Experience

  • Excellent financial analysis skills
  • Excellent Excel modelling PowerPoint and presentation (written and verbally) skills
  • Financial advisory experience within M&A or Business/Financial control experience within corporate environment or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in Power BI and Aaro or similar software
  • Experience from development of a scaling Finance function such as financial planning and analysis systems or process development
  • Experience within financial due diligence management consulting or auditing is meriting
