Tasks
- Provide professional haircuts styling blowdrying and hair treatment
- Perform hair coloring highlights balayage and other coloring techniques
- Advise clients on hair care suitable hairstyles and treatments based on their hair type and preferences
- Ensure a high standard of hygiene and safety in the salon
- Keep up with the latest trends techniques and industry innovations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to provide a premium customer experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon setting
- Expertise in haircuts styling coloring and treatments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of different hair textures and styles
- Ability to work in a fastpaced professional environment
- Passion for beauty and continuous learning
- A certification or diploma in hairdressing is a plus
