Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Nexthink Architect to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing implementing and optimizing Nexthink solutions to enhance digital employee experience (DEX). You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive strategic initiatives and provide technical leadership for Nexthink deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture & Design:
- Design endtoend Nexthink solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Develop scalable and efficient architectures for monitoring analytics and remediation.
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Nexthink across enterprise environments.
- Customize Nexthink dashboards scorecards and reports to provide actionable insights.
- Performance Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize digital employee experience using Nexthink s analytics and insights.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with IT teams business stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless integration of Nexthink with existing systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Incident & Problem Management:
- Utilize Nexthink to diagnose resolve and prevent issues affecting enduser experience.
- Establish best practices for proactive incident management and root cause analysis.
- Compliance & Security:
- Ensure Nexthink implementations comply with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Develop and enforce security protocols to safeguard data integrity.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related fields.
- Experience:
- 10 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure systems management or enduser experience roles.
- At least 5 years of handson experience with Nexthink solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of Nexthink s architecture modules and functionalities.
- Expertise in scripting languages (PowerShell Python) for automation and customization.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes digital workplace solutions and enduser computing (EUC).
- Familiarity with integrations of Nexthink with tools like ServiceNow SCCM or other ITSM platforms.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Leadership skills to manage teams and drive strategic projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Nexthink certifications (e.g. Nexthink Advanced Nexthink Architect) are highly desirable.
- Experience in enterpriselevel digital experience management.
- Knowledge of cloud environments and modern workplace technologies.
