Job Description


Curotec is on a mission to scale 10x over the next 5 years. As the RevOps and Marketing lead youll take full ownership of our topoffunnel revenue generation strategy. This is an executionheavy handson role where youll be responsible for orchestrating the interplay between marketing and sales standing up campaigns managing KPIs and ensuring quality leads are generated at scale.

This is a highvelocity role suited for a highagency individual. You re an individual that moves fast and learns fast. You ll report directly to the CEO and be given autonomy to drive results. You ll help build the systems and processes we ll use to scale beyond where we are today. You are a growth hacker. Your top level objective is to generate quality MQLs for our sales team and organize the efforts of our sales team for generating SQLs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Curotec s GTM Approach: Own the strategy and for new outbound and inbound initiatives that fuel pipeline growth.

Marketing :
  • Launch test and optimize multichannel campaigns across email social search and paid media.
  • Own website (curotec) content performance conversion rate optimization and buildout strategy.
  • Manage SEO and PPC vendor teams to ensure aligned and measurable ROI.
Sales Enablement:
  • Assign prospect lists and campaign workflows for sales reps.
  • Maintain and evolve the sales tech stack (HubSpot Outreach Orum Dripify Apollo etc..
  • Design deploy and optimize outbound playbooks in coordination with sales leadership.
KPI Ownership:
  • Track and report on MQL SQL CAC conversion funnel and channel ROI.
  • Present KPIs and insights to the leadership team weekly and monthly.



Requirements

  • HandsOn Operator: You ve run and managed outbound and inbound programs personally you ve not just written the playbook you ve been on the field executing it.
  • DataDriven Growth Mindset: You believe every decision should be based on data and you know how to use analytics to learn and iterate quickly without paralysis by analysis.
  • Tech and Digital Fluency: Experience in or around digital services SaaS or IT consulting. You know how to speak the language of our buyers and our industry.
  • Builder: You ve built programs teams or systems from scratch in a highgrowth earlystage environment.
  • Fast Learner: Able to pick up new technologies market signals and buyer personas quickly.

Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with our ICPs: venturebacked SaaS enterprise IT orgs consulting firms tech enabled companies.
  • Experience working in or marketing for B2B services organizations especially those selling staff augmentation IT project delivery or software development services.
  • Prior experience as a solo marketer or GTM lead at a scaling B2B tech or services company.
