About the Role
Working Hours & Availability
- Availability on Thursdays until 6pm is essential
- Saturday availability is required
- Additional shifts may be available during the week depending on clinic needs
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dental practitioners during various procedures.Prepare treatment rooms instruments and materials prior to patient arrival.
- Provide chairside assistance ensuring patient comfort throughout treatments.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Educate patients on posttreatment care and oral hygiene practices.
- Assist with frontdesk duties including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries as needed.
Skills and Experiences
- Experience in dental assisting (desirable but not essential)
- Experience in clinical working environment (desirable but not essential)
- High level of attention to details
- Flexibility reliability and punctual
- Respectful good attitude willing to learn and take instructions/feedback well
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Comfortably work independently and in a team environment
