This is a remote position.
We are looking for a dynamic and peoplefocused People & HR to lead our human resources initiatives and help create a positive engaging workplace culture. This role will oversee all aspects of HR including talent acquisition employee relations performance management and company policies ensuring a thriving and motivated workforce.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. HR Strategy & Operations
Develop and implement HR policies procedures and best practices that align with company goals and legal requirements.
Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations staying up to date on any changes that may impact the company.
2. Contracts & Compliance
Draft review and manage employee contracts ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for contracts policies and HRrelated agreements.
Ensure proper documentation of all employeerelated matters including disciplinary actions promotions and benefits.
3. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Lead endtoend recruitment efforts from job posting and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
Develop structured onboarding programs to help new employees integrate successfully.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers providing guidance on HRrelated matters.
Develop and promote initiatives that enhance employee engagement satisfaction and retention.
Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures fairly and effectively.
5. Performance Management & Development
Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems to drive employee development.
Identify training needs and support career development initiatives.
Work closely with department heads to create growth opportunities for employees.
6. Payroll Benefits & Compensation
Administer payroll employee benefits and compensation programs to ensure fair and competitive offerings.
Maintain and update employee records related to salary benefits and leave management.
