Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a dynamic and peoplefocused People & HR to lead our human resources initiatives and help create a positive engaging workplace culture. This role will oversee all aspects of HR including talent acquisition employee relations performance management and company policies ensuring a thriving and motivated workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. HR Strategy & Operations

  • Develop and implement HR policies procedures and best practices that align with company goals and legal requirements.

  • Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations staying up to date on any changes that may impact the company.

2. Contracts & Compliance

  • Draft review and manage employee contracts ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for contracts policies and HRrelated agreements.

  • Ensure proper documentation of all employeerelated matters including disciplinary actions promotions and benefits.

3. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead endtoend recruitment efforts from job posting and interviewing to onboarding new hires.

  • Develop structured onboarding programs to help new employees integrate successfully.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers providing guidance on HRrelated matters.

  • Develop and promote initiatives that enhance employee engagement satisfaction and retention.

  • Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures fairly and effectively.

5. Performance Management & Development

  • Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems to drive employee development.

  • Identify training needs and support career development initiatives.

  • Work closely with department heads to create growth opportunities for employees.

6. Payroll Benefits & Compensation

  • Administer payroll employee benefits and compensation programs to ensure fair and competitive offerings.

  • Maintain and update employee records related to salary benefits and leave management.



Requirements

  • HR or People Operations experience.
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws contracts and HR compliance requirements.Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft policies and contracts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in developing and streamlining HR processes.
  • Proficiency in HR systems payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion professionalism and sound judgment.
