Job Description
Moulding Machine Maintenance Manager oversees the maintenance and repair of injection molding equipment leading a team to ensure optimal machine performance minimize downtime and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Planning and :
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
Oversee and coordinate corrective maintenance activities including troubleshooting and repairs.
Manage maintenance budgets track expenses and ensure costeffective operations.
Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians providing guidance training and performance management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the maintenance team.
Technical Expertise:
Possess strong knowledge of injection molding machines mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in injection molding equipment.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of machine downtime repair activities and inventory usage.
Prepare and analyze maintenance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
Problemsolving and analytical skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members production personnel and other stakeholders.
