Job Description
Role: Senior Specialist Search Performance Business Analyst
Location: Remote US
Job Type: Contract
Interview: Phone/Video
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on search performance data assessments to drive AI feature adoption expansion and renewals.
- Analyze 1st & 3rd party analytics A/B test data and tie performance insights to business outcomes (CTR CVR AOV CLV).
- Deliver ROI analyses and advise customers on optimizing AI Search platform configurations.
- Develop thought leadership and contribute to crossfunctional collaboration efforts.
Qualifications:
- 7 years experience as a Data/Business Analyst in ecommerce.
- 5 years collaboration across sales customer success and product teams.
- 2 years expertise in search relevance/ranking optimization.
- Web analytics & A/B testing experience preferred.
