We have an AI startup client who is looking for a remote contract recruiting coordinator. This contract is a minimum of four months with the potential to get extended.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate approximately 100 interviews per week ensuring efficient use of hiring managers time and providing a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring all candidate information is uptodate and accurately recorded.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates addressing their queries and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and adjust scheduling priorities accordingly.
- Coordinate and schedule phone screens video interviews and onsite interviews (if applicable) using tools such as G Suite Greenhouse and Calendly.
- Prepare and distribute interview schedules candidate resumes and other relevant materials to interviewers.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information.
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires including coordination of necessary paperwork and scheduling of orientation sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications :
- Two years of recruiting coordinator experience
- Experience working for a tech startup
- Comfortable in a fastpaced environment
- Experience with programs such as: G suite Greenhouse Jira (or some kind of other ticketing system) goodtime and/or Calendly.
- Able to schedule 100 interviews a week
