The Opportunity
Salary: $130000 $142585 per annum super
We are in search of an experienced Project Manager to deliver enterpriselevel projects across our Racing Wagering Technology and Corporate Services portfolios.
In this 24month maximum term role based at our Osborne Park head office you will lead the endtoend delivery of diverse highimpact projects. From developing robust project plans and budgets to ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and external vendors youll be a key driver of transformation within our organisation.
In this role you will:
Lead and manage the endtoend implementation of allocated projects.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines resource allocation and budgets.
Coordinate crossfunctional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Engage with key stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
Manage project risks and issues while driving timely resolutions.
Collaborate closely with Change Management to support effective user adoption.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Monitor project budgets and report on progress risks and opportunities.
Conduct postimplementation reviews and lessonslearned workshops.
Qualifications :

You are a dynamic and experienced project management professional who thrives in collaborative environments and has a passion for delivering realworld results. With strong interpersonal and technical expertise you can influence and inspire others to embrace change.
To be successful in this role youll bring:
Demonstrated experience managing complex projects across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
A sound understanding of project methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid) and tools (Jira MS Project Azure DevOps).
Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience in stakeholder engagement vendor management and change facilitation.
Exceptional communication and problemsolving capabilities.
A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in fastpaced regulated environments.
Relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent qualifications.
