Weare looking for a Supplier Quality Manager to joinMakerVerse. You will be the driving force behind securing highquality parts and servicesoptimizingsupplier relationships and ensuring worldclass quality standards. Working in close collaboration with the COO youll shape our sourcing strategies tackle quality challenges headon and drive continuous improvement because at MakerVerse we turn great into exceptionalevery single day.
Your Impact
- Ownthe supplier sourcing evaluation and negotiation to ensure the highest quality and competitiveness.
- Deliverproactive quality measures lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage quality audits to push beyond expectations.
- Solveproblems fastand effectivelyenhance supplier performance swiftly resolve customer quality issues and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
- Build to lastdevelop and refine supplierqualificationand onboarding processes to ensure sustainable success.
- Win togetheralign procurement and quality strategies with internal teams to build solutions that truly work.
- Get on the groundtravel nationally and internationally to evaluate suppliers strengthen partnerships and ensure toptier standards in every collaboration.
Your DNA
- Executiondrivenmindset with a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and quality management within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Astrategicproblem solverwith deepexpertisein supplier relationship management negotiations and quality assurance.
- Highly disciplined with strong analytical skills anda track recordof implementingimpactfulpreventative measures.
- Achampionin quality managementwith indepth knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS implementation and continuous improvement methodologies (CIP).
- CustomerobsessedYou prioritize customer success in every decisiondirectly contributingto delivering exceptional products and services.
- Ateam playerwho thrives in a highperformance environmentvalues open and constructive communication and helps elevate those around them.
- Experience inondemand or custommanufacturing is highly desirable.
- FluentEnglishisrequired;Germanproficiencyis a plus.
- Based in Berlinwith a hybrid work setup 60 office 40 WFH) and the flexibility totravel up to 50of the time.
