General Description
In collaboration with their colleagues teachers are responsible for planning and implementing an appropriate schoolaligned instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic and personal potential.
In addition all teachers participate in our student Personal Development Programme as a Homeroom Teacher or teacher of our MYP Core Programme. We also expect all our staff to support an ethos of holistic learning through their support of an after school club activity or sport and attend a residential PDW for at least 5 days in term time with students.
Teachers are expected to meet (or commit to a growth plan to fulfil) the community expectations of both our Professional and Teaching Standards.
