What you will be doing:
- Lead mechanical electrical plumbing and fire protection (MEP/FP) engineering for complex institutional projects.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers and project managers.
- Maintain and expand longterm client relationships ensuring highquality project delivery.
- Oversee design construction administration and quality assurance processes.
- Contribute to business strategy team growth and operational efficiencies.
- Champion innovation sustainability and emerging technologies in engineering design.
Experience you will need:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 10 years of experience in MEP/FP engineering design and leadership.
- Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering successful projects.
- Strong understanding of building codes healthcare and laboratory design.
- Experience with Revit BIM and engineering software tools.
- Excellent communication and business development skills.
