What you will be doing:
- Sell ReadyMix Concrete and Concrete Block to customers
- Efficiently identify prospective customers and projects
- Establish new customer accounts and projects in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain business relationships with customers vendors and the community
- Meet or exceed sales metrics and forecasted budget
- Address and resolve customer inquiries requests and complaints
- Effectively communicate between departments including customer service accounting and operations
- Assist in the collection of revenue when necessary
Experience you will need:
- High School Diploma Bachelors degree preferred
- 5 years of Outside Sales Experience in the construction industry concrete industry preferred
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to efficiently manage time and work independently and with a team
- Ability to build relationships and relate to others
- Valid Drivers License with a driving record that meets company safety standards
