Job Description

- Manage a broad scope of patient care in a clinical environment focused on spine orthopedic and interventional pain management
- Perform detailed assessments order diagnostics develop treatment plans and handle followup care
- Work independently in a fastpaced clinic with minimal supervision
- Support both acute and chronic pain patients with a mix of ortho and spine conditions
- Collaborate with the lead physician and clinical staff to ensure topquality care and continuity
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
- Recent handson experience in orthopedics spine or pain management
- Ability to work independently with minimal rampup time
- Active and unrestricted FNP license in Connecticut
- Strong clinical judgment excellent communication skills and confidence in managing a full patient load
- Open to W2 or 1099 structure depending on experience
- Experience with EMRs and efficient clinical documentation
- A plus: Candidates with 4 years in a dedicated ortho or pain management setting
- No evenings no weekends no call — predictable hours
- Flexible schedule — 4 or 5day workweek options
- Private practice environment — work directly with the owner and decisionmakers
