Job Description
Earn up to $20/hour Buying Tickets!
Ticket Buyer Independent Contractor 1099
We are excited to add a Ticket Buyer Independent Contractor 1099 to our growing team!
Make buying tickets at venue box offices
Earn commissions on every ticket you buy
Flexible schedule
No experience necessary but if you have worked as a rideshare or delivery driver shopper courier or done other gig type jobs this may be a good fit for you
Ticket buyers receive ticket purchase orders thru an app on their smartphone then travel to venues to purchase tickets using a company provided credit card
After purchasing tickets the detail is entered in the app tickets are then shipped to us
Commissions are paid weekly thru direct deposit after tickets are received
Here s what you need to get started:
Be at least 18 years old
Be eligible to work in the US
Be physically able to drive ride or walk to venues to buy tickets
Have a smartphone to interface with company to view order requests and enter detailed purchase information
Be able to work approx 2 days per week 1 4 hours per day generally between 10:00am 9:00pm (venue box office hours vary greatly)
Be able to communicate with REPS through SMS
Be accurate detailoriented and resultdriven
Be trustworthy reliable and engaging
Have good verbal communication skills
Qualifications: Technologically savvy and quick on a computer - ability to learn and apply new skills in a changing environment Prior knowledge of working at a call center or remote as a CSR specialist who is well versed in inbound and outbound phone call management. Clear and concise communication is a must. Basic knowledge of Excel and/or Google sheets Attention to detail Quick and accurate data entry - previous experience with data entry is a plus Must be reliable and on time Must be willing and ready to learn Good written and verbal communication skills: Able to deliver professional relationships through clear communication to colleagues, team members and clients Team Player, Reliable, Collaborative, communicates constructively, listens actively. Consistently shows commitment to the team, shares openly and willingly. Can accommodate shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities Takes prompt action to accomplish department goals. Taking initiative to achieve goals beyond what is required, proactive and self motivated Must be willing and available for rotating shifts. Familiarity/knowledge of US sports is a plus, but not required.
