Job Description

About the Hospital:
Located in South London this NHS Trust hospital has a longstanding reputation for communitycentered care. It combines modern clinical services with an inclusive multicultural team of healthcare professionals. The General Medicine Ward is known for its high patient turnover strong team cohesion and continued investment in staff development.

Your Missions:

  • Deliver patientcentered care for adults with acute and chronic conditions

  • Administer medications and treatments following care plans

  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists consultants and discharge planners

  • Ensure accurate documentation and patient safety at all times

  • Contribute to ward audits and quality improvement initiatives

Profile Required:
