Job Description
Your Missions:
Deliver patientcentered care for adults with acute and chronic conditions
Administer medications and treatments following care plans
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists consultants and discharge planners
Ensure accurate documentation and patient safety at all times
Contribute to ward audits and quality improvement initiatives

Profile Required:
Diploma or Degree in Nursing
