Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Student Visa Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on guiding students through complex visa application processes for key study destinations including Europe Canada UK and USA. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with international student visa applications and a strong understanding of immigration compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students through the entire visa application process for major study destinations
- Prepare and review visa documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct visa interview preparation sessions with students
- Stay current on changing immigration policies and visa requirements
- Ensure compliance with visa regulations across multiple countries
- Maintain detailed records of visa applications and outcomes
- Develop visa application guides and resources for students
- Liaise with universities regarding visa requirements and documentation
- Troubleshoot visa challenges and develop solutions for complex cases

- 2 years of experience with student visa applications particularly for European countries Canada UK and/or USA

- Experience with document authentication and verification processes
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional communication abilities both written and verbal
- Problemsolving skills and adaptability to changing regulations
- Bachelors degree (required); degree in international relations law or related field (preferred)
- Experience with visa compliance software or immigration databases (preferred)
