Job Description
Were looking for an accomplished Senior React Developer with 510 years of handson experience to join Data Economy and drive the development of our cuttingedge web applications. In this crucial role youll provide leadership and mentorship ensuring the creation and maintenance of highperformance usercentric interfaces that address the evolving demands of our customers within the data economy.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership & Architecture:
- Design and implement scalable and maintainable React architectures.
- Make informed decisions regarding state management component structure and code organization.
- Optimize application performance through code splitting lazy loading and efficient rendering.
- Establish and enforce coding standards code review processes and testing strategies.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools.
- Design and implement scalable and maintainable React architectures.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Mentor junior and midlevel developers providing guidance and support.
- Lead thorough and constructive code reviews.
- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor project progress.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

- Development & Implementation:
- Develop clean efficient and welltested React components.
- Integrate React applications with APIs and backend systems (RESTful APIs GraphQL).
- Implement and maintain robust testing strategies (unit integration endtoend).
- Development of data visualization and manipulation components.

- Communication & Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with team members stakeholders and other departments.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate user needs into technical requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical feedback.

Qualifications:
- 510 years of professional experience in React.js development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux Context API Zustand).
- Experience with React Router and other routing solutions.
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest React Testing Library Cypress).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with data visualization libraries is a plus.
- Experience in a data driven environment is a plus.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Requirements- Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience of 5+ years in Project management roles, preferably within software development projects. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams towards project success. In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Kanban. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks based on business needs. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions to complex technical challenges. Familiarity with project management tools and software development lifecycle tools. Certifications in project management (PMP, PMI-ACP) or Agile methodologies (Scrum Master, SAFe) are a plus.
