Job Description
- Highly sought after NSW Government Organisation
- Up to $1449.50 per day including Super
- Hybrid Role: 1 day Macquarie Park 1 day Sydney CBD 3 days WFH
- Provide highquality expert advice to senior management and project managers to enable strategic thinking and the successful delivery of projects within the portfolio.
- Lead the team to ensure that systems and processes are in place so that all delivery complies with the relevant requirements and that the appropriate risk mitigation are in place.
- Provide regular and comprehensive reporting on the status of project performance and risks and issues with may impact scheduling and the delivery of outcomes.
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships within program team and across key business areas.
- Manage a program team of direct reports to drive successful delivery mitigate risks and deliver regular updates to the Program Director.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project or Program Manager with a focus on delivery.
- Essential: Demonstrated background in delivering Organisational Transformation projects such as Workplace transformation Organisation redesign and Workforce change within large enterprise
- A strong background with People change or HR Projects would be highly desirable.
