Sales Operations and Enablement Associate

Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Data Enrichment & Hygiene
1. Data Cleansing & Standardization
o Validate and correct inconsistencies in Account Contact and Opportunity data.
o Identify and merge duplicate records.
o Ensure accurate and uptodate firm types parent accounts and sales team ownership.
o Populate missing fields such as AUM custodian relationships and product interest.
2. Lead & Account Qualification Support
o Enrich inbound leads with firmographic data from external sources.
o Standardize firm classification to align with RIA BD Bank & Trust etc..
o Tag key prospects based on engagement history and sales criteria.
Sales Reporting & CRM Analytics (CRMA) Support
3. Report & Dashboard Creation
o Build and maintain Salesforce reports and CRMA dashboards for pipeline visibility sales activity tracking and performance insights.
o Support forecasting reports for leadership by ensuring data integrity.
o Develop advisor engagement tracking to highlight highpotential accounts.
4. Pipeline & Sales Performance Insights
o Track pipeline movement deal velocity and key sales KPIs through effective reporting.
o Support sales team in understanding territory and account performance.
Sales Process & Enablement Support
5. Territory & Coverage Adjustments
o Assist in territory management updates in Salesforce.
o Reassign accounts based on firm mergers acquisitions or coverage changes.
6. Sales Process Optimization & Documentation
o Create stepbystep guides for sales team usage of Salesforce reports.
o Document repeatable processes for lead management activity tracking and sales workflows.
7. Sales Tool Utilization Support
o Ensure correct tagging and adoption of sales enablement tools integrated with Salesforce.
o Help troubleshoot minor Salesforce reporting issues for sales teams.
Operational Support & Volume Estimation
8. Workload Estimation & Prioritization
o Prioritize tasks based on impact on sales .
o Align with Sales Enablement leadership to ensure focus on highestvalue tasks.
Job Requirements and Credentials:
With atleast 13 years of experience in using CRMs like Salesforce
Preferable with background in financial and investment management
Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Must have strong research and data analytical skills
Must be resultsdriven with a strong ability to analyze data
Proficient in Salesforce
Must be highly organized and with excellent multitasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively and meet deadlines
Proactive motivated detailoriented willing to be trained and driven to achieve objectives
Must be creative and have excellent project and time management skills
Education
Bachelors Degree
