Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior VoIP Network Engineer to design implement and maintain advanced VoIP and contact center solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of IP networking VoIP protocols and PBX systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in complex network troubleshooting and optimization and will be capable of delivering highquality remote support to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced remote configurations and troubleshooting of VoIP networks including IP Phones PBX and Gateways.
- Analyze and optimize existing VoIP infrastructures for performance security and scalability.
- Design and implement robust VoIP and contact center systems adhering to industry best practices.
- Expertly troubleshoot complex VoIP network issues including SIP signaling RTP media streams and QoS configurations.
- Manage and configure Yeastar Grandstream and Asterisk PBX and gateway systems.
- Implement and maintain network security measures to protect VoIP systems from vulnerabilities.
- Provide detailed documentation of network configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of handson experience in VoIP network engineering.
- Expertlevel knowledge of SIP RTP and other VoIP protocols.
- Strong Experience with(Linux CMDAsterisk dialplan)
- Deep VoIP issues troubleshooting using SIP debug wire shark
- Extensive experience with Yeastar Grandstream and Asterisk PBX configurations.
- Strong understanding of WAN and LAN technologies including routing switching and VLANs.
- Advanced knowledge of network security principles and practices.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
