Job Description
The Digital Hub (Project Group) Massenmarkt provides services for the Business Capability Provide Invoice in the Billing Domain. We operate the billing chains for fixed and mobile networks as well as for mobile service providers. We ensure highquality invoicing for our customers and are responsible for the customer experience of these billing chains. We continuously develop them in coordination with other billing chains (e.g. Magenta Haus) and work to reduce invoicerelated customer contacts.
We provide central Rating Billing and Bill Presentment Services throughout the company ensuring correct and flexibleadaptable billing. We merge the billing functionalities for fixed and mobile networks into a consolidated billing chain according to the Future Billing Vision. Therefore we are modernizing our system landscape and gradually shutting down legacy systems.
The Digital Hub Massenmarkt includes the design development integration and operation (functional and technical) as well as the responsibility for consolidating the processes and systems of the billing chains for fixed mobile and mobile service providers.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop integrate and operate billing chains for fixed and mobile networks.
- Ensure highquality invoicing and customer experience.
- Modernize system landscape and shut down legacy systems.
- Collaborate with other billing chains to reduce invoicerelated customer contacts.
Qualifications :
Primary Skill Set:
- Oracle PL/SQL Development
- Oracle Optimiser Partitioning
- Tools: PowerDesigner TOAD SQL Developer
Secondary Skill Set (Desirable):
- Python
- CI/CD
- Bash
- Linux
- Modern Database Skills (perspective architecture development in the database area)
- Telekom Carmen Background
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Oracle PL/SQL Development and Oracle Optimiser Partitioning.
- Familiarity with tools such as PowerDesigner TOAD SQL Developer.
- Desirable experience in DevOps support Python CI/CD Bash Linux and modern database skills.
- Good knowledge of English.
