About the job: 

Join our retail team as a Part Time Inventory Coordinator at our boutique in the heart of the Old Port!  Our SSENSE Montreal boutique spans five floors offering a curated selection of highend products combining iconic brands with emerging designers. Join our team of 65 passionate individuals and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the optimal processing and operations of inventory onhand through transfers of goods and density control for SSENSE Montreal boutique. The Inventory Coordinator will deliver on accuracy speed and efficiency of the inventory operations to enhance and maximize the customer experience on a daily basis. They will ensure flawless through quickly communicating and addressing issues to deliver bestinclass customer experiences.

What you will do:

  • Process seamless inbound and outbound operational and back of house activities maintaining a high standard of back of house storage.
  • Build strong relationships with the warehouse team to continuously improve processes to provide the highest quality of customer service.
  • Support loss prevention in all areas of physical security inventory management and transaction accuracy.
  • Maximize productivity and enhance the customer experience measured by UPH Online Orders fill rate Walkins sales and Inventory control accuracy.
  • Support the customer journey flow through visitor and appointment models. Ensure outstanding customer experiences are achieved through presentations inventory management and after sales service.

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 1 years previous operation experience in luxury retail hospitality or customer service
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes 15kg)
  • Customeroriented with strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate closely with a team 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Google Suite Web and computersavviness

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English 
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while delivering high level of customer service
  • Flexibility in regards to the schedule to follow the business needs 3 days including a store closing and a weekend shift) 
  • Experience with operating POS system
