Job Description
This role will support our Spanish team within the UPI Sales department ensuring a proper of Sales Operations and Trade initiatives working closely with the Marketing Technical and Finance Departments.
Key Responsibilities
To support in the maintenance of the relationships with Exhibitors
To support in the of the Trade Initiatives
To support in the Trades administrative tasks
Supporting the Trade Manager & Sales Analyst.
Tracking Trade campaigns
Controlling and followingup shipments of trade materials to exhibitors
Assisting in analytical tasks
Assisting in the coordination of special promotions with exhibitors
Administrative tasks:
Billings purchasing orders SAP
Qualifications :
Proactive communicative and a strong team player
Creative and excellent organizational skills
Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
Open minded and willingness to work in a diverse environment
willing to take on challenges
Fluent in English
A good understanding of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
University Diploma or Certificate will be requested.
Studies must have been completed less than 3 years ago
