Job Description

  • Operate and schedule the batching process according to SOPs ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor maintain and clean batching machinery and area for smooth operations collaborating with the engineering team for routine maintenance.
  • Ensure correct flour loading into tankers and storage bins for proper production.
  • Accurately record and monitor production data.
  • Comply with all safety procedures food safety standards (HACCP FSSC Halal) and ISO 22000 guidelines.
  • Supervise staff and ensure tasks are performed according to SOPs for efficient operations.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 12 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Good Teamwork and attitude.
