Join Navy Mutuals Investment Team This Summer!
Are you a student with a passion for finance investing and learning from a highperforming team Navy Mutual is seeking a Summer Investment Intern for a 10week immersive internship where youll work alongside seasoned professionals and gain realworld experience managing a multibilliondollar portfolio.
As part of our Investment Team you wont just observeyoull contribute meaningfully to the teams decisionmaking process. From credit research to portfolio management operations and compliance youll leave this internship with a wellrounded view of institutional investment management and a deep understanding of Navy Mutuals commitment to excellence.
What Youll Do
Under the guidance of the Senior Portfolio Manager youll:
Assist in portfolio construction and daily portfolio management activities
Conduct credit research and evaluate new investment opportunities
Track and analyze portfolio performance
Help prepare presentations and materials for team and leadership meetings
Support operational functions including data entry and compliance processes
Participate in team meetings training sessions and crossdepartmental initiatives
Deliver a final presentation to Navy Mutual leadership highlighting your experience and key insights
What Were Looking For
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance Economics Mathematics Accounting or a related field
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong quantitative and analytical thinking abilities
Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with financial marketsespecially fixed incomeis a plus
