Job Description
Responsibilities:
Create detailed 3D models and drawings using Revit software based on project specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with architects engineers and project managers to understand project goals and timelines.
Ensure all designs meet industry standards and regulations.
Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs as necessary.
Organize and maintain project files and documentation for future reference.
Stay current with industry trends and software advancements to continually improve skills and techniques.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or related field.
Proficient in using 3D CAD software specifically Revit.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Entry level 3D modelling up to expert level coordination of services across floors plate / risers / plantrooms
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience working in a construction or architecture firm is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Familiarity with sustainable design principles is a plus.
