Humber Ford Stephenville is growing and we need a detailoriented customerfocused Parts Advisor to join their growing team! If you love working in a fastpaced environment have a knack for organization and enjoy problemsolving this could be the perfect fit for you.
As a Parts Advisor youll be the goto expert for sourcing ordering and managing vehicle parts. Youll work closely with customers technicians and suppliers to ensure repairs happen efficiently and smoothly. What Youll Do:
Order vehicle parts quickly and efficiently to keep repairs on track.
Receive and verify shipments to ensure accuracy.
Communicate with technicians and service teams to ensure they get what they need.
Build relationships with suppliers to secure the best deals and service.
Manage inventory counts and maintain an organized parts department.
What You Bring to the Team:
Automotive experience is an assetbut not required (well train you!.
Strong customer service skills and a professional phone manner.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software.
A positive attitude strong work ethic and keen attention to detail.
Eager to learn and grow in the automotive industry.
